"Ordering was honestly easy"
I don’t really see what there is to complain about. Ordering was easy for me, and I didn’t run into any major issues.

"Decent, but I’m not totally confident in it"
The quality seems okay overall, but the material felt thinner than I expected. I’m a little cautious with stuff like this because I don’t want it wearing out quickly or causing issues later, so I’m not sure I’d rely on it for heavy use. It’s fine for light use, but I’d probably look for something sturdier next time.

"Felt overpriced for what I got"
I was charged way more than this felt worth, and I’m not even worried about updates or anything like that. It just didn’t give me much back for the money

"The return and refund process felt really misleading"
I tried to return my order thinking it would be straightforward, but it turned into such a hassle. Support kept giving me vague updates and pushing things off, and weeks later I still haven’t gotten my refund. i feel misled by how easy they made the return process sound. The whole experience was frustrating, and I don’t see myself ordering from them again.

"Fit just didn’t meet my standards"
I ordered my usual size from aoolia.com, but the fit was nowhere near what the size chart made it seem like. It was tight in places it shouldn’t have been and oddly loose in others, which is a dealbreaker for me because I’m particular about clothes fitting right. The return process was more of a hassle than I expected too. I personally wouldn’t order from them again.

"Shipping took longer than I expected"
I ordered from aoolia.com and, honestly... the shipping was slow. It did finally show up, but I was waiting longer than I thought I would, and there weren’t really many updates along the way. So yeah... kinda frustrating overall...
